2. Services

We provide professional cleaning services including regular home cleaning, deep cleaning, office cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, post-renovation cleaning and upholstery cleaning across London. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website. By confirming a booking you agree to these Terms. Cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking value
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, debit cards and major credit cards. Prices may vary based on property size, condition and specific requirements.

5. Access & Security

You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If our team cannot access the property, the booking may be treated as a no-show. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of your property during cleaning.

6. Liability & Insurance

We carry full public liability insurance. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items of exceptional value not disclosed before the clean. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our clean, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas at no extra cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is our property and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
